The second installment, The Tormentor, followed on August 23, 2022. The first instalment, Queen's Wish: The Conqueror, was funded on Kickstarter on June 29th, 2018, and released on PC through Steam on September 11th, 2019. Oh, and we are still working hard on improvements and bug fixes.Queen's Wish is the newest series from the veteran creator Jeff Vogel, who has been making Western RPG games with Turn-Based Combat for 25 years as Spiderweb Software, often completely on his own. I'll still be watching the forums closely for more issues. Thanks everyone for the great feedback and for your patience. * Added completely reworked creature graphics with more facings. * An assortment of minor tweaks, typo fixes, etc. * The world map will now show what workshops have been built in your forts. * Tower of Might now correctly helps with magical evasion. * The game buttons have been shifted inward to not interfere with screen shifting. * (Windows) Now can switch screen resolutions on startup. * Teleport now costs a full 6 action points. * Changes in graphics engine to improve stability. * The standard assortment of minor tweaks, typo fixes, etc. * You can now always find evidence of where Castus went. * Thabhlen Pass will no longer repopulate itself after it is all blowed up. * Bosses are now slightly less affected by slow. * The haste bonus from daggers is now merely good and not overwhelming. * You can now turn the scroll in to King Borgen correctly. * Your window settings will now be remembered correctly. * There will be fewer delays between turns in combat. * The attack animation is slightly faster, so combat should be smoother. Creature can now look in all eight directions. We fixed a bunch of bugs and added a bunch of the nice newer graphics from Queen's Wish 2. We've just pushed the v1.1 update to Steam.
